The team is led by Lara, a distinguished early years professional with over 25 years of global experience—more than 20 of those in the Middle East. 

Lara's leadership is defined by her strategic vision and deep operational insight, 

enabling organisations to achieve strong governance, efficiency, and impactful educational outcomes. With a legal background (LLB in Law) and extensive qualifications in education, Lara has worked across the full educational spectrum—from early years to higher education. Her impressive career includes leadership roles such as Head of Education for a UK zoo and Chief Operating Officer for major UAE training providers. 

She is renowned for developing and delivering accredited courses, CPD programmes, and custom training solutions across education, management, and health & safety. Under her guidance, our consultancy team is uniquely equipped to support institutions in elevating their educational offerings and achieving long-term success.
